ASUHAN KEBIDANAN PADA NY. D MASA HAMIL, NIFAS, BAYI BARU LAHIR DAN KELUARGA BERENCANA DI PRAKTEK MANDIRI BIDAN R.M KOTA PEMATANG SIANTAR

Background : Midwifery care should prioritize a continuous service that can be
carried out in the form of continuity of care services, which are provided since
pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, newborn, and family planning care, and get
services from health workers for complaints of the mother to prevent
complications which can threaten mother and baby.
Purpose: To provide midwifery care in the form of continuity of care starting
from pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, newborns and mothers becoming family
planning acceptors and carried out in accordance with midwifery care standards.
Method : A case study with a continuous midwifery care approach documented in
SOAP.
Result: D, 29 years old, G2P1A0, third trimester of pregnancy with complaints of
difficulty sleeping due to tightness, and can be managed well. during labour, to
Mrs. D was given 1st degree perineal laceration and perineal suturing with
interrupted suture technique. Postpartum period on Mrs. D takes place normally
without complications. During newborn care there were no problems and Mrs. D
chose the 3-month injection method.
Conclusion: The midwifery care provided, starting from pregnancy until the
mother becomes an acceptor of the family planning program, has been carried
out in accordance with midwifery care standards and the authority of a midwife
