Review Kejadian Stunting pada Anak Baduta di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Paringgonan Kabupaten Padang Lawas

ntroduction:Stunting is an indicator, chronic malnutrition due to insufficient food intake for a long time, poor food quality, increased morbidity and an increase in height that does not match age.Purpose:This study aims to review the incidence of stunting in children under two.Method:This type of research is a cross sectional study design. The population is all families with 685 toddlers and a sample of 252clowns in the Paringgonan Community Health Center working area using purposive sampling and statistical tests using chi-square and logistic regression.Results:The results of the study showed that exclusive breastfeeding (p=0.001), complementary breastfeeding (p=0.001), immunization status (p=0.001) were variables related to stunting, while the role of health workers (p=0.752) was not related to stunting, and the variable most related to stunting with Exp (B) = 4.375.Conclusion:The conclusion is obtained Exclusive breastfeeding, MP-ASI giving, Immunization status are factors that cause stunting. So that sustainable health interventions are needed in the form of family nutrition education in order to prevent stunting
