to enhance knowledge and behavioral patterns among individuals, groups, or communities to attain optimal health outcomes. This community engagement program implemented an educational intervention titled "Early Cervical Cancer Detection Through Visual Acetate Inspection (IVA) Screening", specifically targeting 30 sexually active women of reproductive age in Sitinjo II Village. The initiative employed interactive pedagogical approaches including didactic lectures and participatory discussions, with dual objectives of enhancing comprehensive understanding of cervical cancer prevention, and fostering proactive attitudes toward IVA screening as an accessible early detection method. Preliminary outcomes demonstrated significant improvement in participants' health literacy and willingness to engage in preventive screening practices, indicating successful knowledge translation and behavioral modification.
