The newborn baby weighed 3500 grams and was 49 cm long in normal condition.
The baby received a 1 mg Vit K injection and Hb 0 immunization. The baby gained
550 grams of weight on the 24th day and received BCG immunization and 1 polio
t the age of 1 month. After counseling, the mother chose to use an Implant
