ASUHAN KEBIDANAN PADA NY. N MASA HAMIL, BERSALIN, NIFAS, BAYI BARU LAHIR, DAN KELUARGA BERENCANA DI PRAKTEK MANDIRI BIDAN R.M KOTA PEMATANGSIANTAR

Background: Pregnant women with anemia can have a negative impact on the
health of the mother and the baby who will be born so that it can increase the
maternal mortality rate (AHI) and infant mortality rate (ARB). One of the causes
of anemia is fe deficiency. Regular antenatal care (ANC) visits have the
opportunity to prevent anemia in pregnant women.
Objective: To apply sustainable midwifery care to Mrs. N, 26 years old, in
accordance with midwifery care standards and midwifery management.
Methods: Continuous midwifery care and documentation with SOAP
management.
Results: Mrs. N is 26 years old, GIPIAO with Ill trimester gestational age with
mild anemia and complaints of difficulty sleeping. All of these complaints can be
handled well. In Mrs. N's labor, there was a rupture of the perineum of the Il
degree and suturing was done with the jelujur technique. The postpartum period
was normal. Mrs. N's baby was born normal with a birth weight of 3200 grams.
female sex. body length 48 cm and apgar score 9/10. Mother plans to become a
3-month injection acceptor.
Conclusion: Continuous midwifery care can improve the health of mothers and
babies.
