the maternal mortality rate (MMR) and infant mortality rate (IMR). One of the
causes of anemia is Fe deficiency. The incidence of perineal rupture in the world
is 2.7 million in maternity mothers. This figure is expected to reach 6.3 million in
2020. Perineal laceration in Indonesia is experienced by 75% of mothers giving
birth vaginally.
Objective: To apply sustainable midwifery care to Mrs.M aged 20 years in
accordance with midwifery care standards and midwifery management.
Methods: Continuous midwifery care and documentation with SOAP
management.
Results: Mrs. M 20 years old G1P0A0 third trimester. In labor there was a grade
II perineal rupture, longitudinal suturing, Early Breastfeeding Initiation was
successful at the 35th minute. The postpartum period was normal. The newborn
was spontaneous, male, weight 3200 grams, length 50 cm, APGAR score 9/10.
The mother planned to become a 3-month injection acceptor.
Conclusion: Continuous midwifery care can improve the health of mothers and
babies.
