ASUHAN KEBIDANAN PADA NY.L MASA HAMIL, BERSALIN, NIFAS, BAYI BARU LAHIR DAN KELUARGA BERENCANA DI PRAKTEK MANDIRI BIDAN S.P KOTA PEMATANGSIANTAR

Background : Midwifery care prioritizes continuity of care during pregnancy,
childbirth, postpartum, newborn, and family planning. In meeting these needs,
continuous midwifery care is carried out which plays a role in the health status of
mothers and children.
Objective : To provide midwifery care on an ongoing basis (continuity of care)
starting from pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, newborns and family planning
acceptors in accordance with midwifery care standards.
Methods: Case study with continuous midwifery care using SOAP
documentation.
Results: Mrs. L 28 years old, G2P1A0, pregnancy with low back pain, delivery
with perineal laceration degree II performed suturing with interrupted suture
technique, postpartum period went well, newborn spontaneously, male sex,
APGAR Score: 9/10, weight 3600 grams, length 50 cm, normal newborn. Mrs. L
became a 3-month injectable family planning acceptor.
Conclusion: Midwifery care provided from pregnancy to becoming a family
planning acceptor is in accordance with the Continuity of care standards of
midwifery care and the authority of a midwife
